In the academic year 2009/2010 the RU offers the following courses:
Almost all courses will be given at the Huygensgebouw (HG), High Field Magnet Laboratory (HFML) or the Linnaeus Building (LIN). From Central Station you can best take line 10, leaving at the most left bus stop at central station. Get out at the Universiteit/Oostzijde stop. One could also take line 3 (direction Wijchen), 4 (direction Wijchen), or 11 (direction Beuningen) and get out at the same stop. If you take line 9 (direction Grave) you will have to get out at bus stop Nijmegen Heyendaal.
Instead of going to Nijmegen Central Station, students coming from the direction of Venlo could best leave the train at station Nijmegen Heyendaal. From there you can follow the same directions as from bus stop Nijmegen Heyendaal.
Getting to the Huygensgebouw (HG): Walk up the stairs to get off the platform. You will find yourself at a small parking lot. Walk to the left (about 20 meters) until you reach the Heyendaalseweg. Cross the street and walk towards the right. After about 100 meter you will see the Huygensgebouw (HG) on your left.
Getting to the High Field Magnet Laboratory (HFML): Follow the instructions for getting at the Huygensgebouw (HG). Just before you see the Huygensgebouw at your left, there is a street. Follow this street. After about 50 meters the street bends to the right. Keep following the street for about 200 more meters. At the left you will see the High Field Magnet Laboratory.
Getting to the Huygensgebouw (HG): Cross the street.
Getting to the High Field Magnet Laboratory (HFML): Cross the street and enter the Huygensgebouw (HG). Walk straight on through the cantine and exit outside. Walk up to the street and walk right. After about 50 meters you will see the High Field Magnet Laboratory at your left.
